Naghma currently serves as the CEO of EdelGive Foundation. She is also a Director on the Board of the Foundation.

Over the last decade of her association with EdelGive, Naghma has driven the vision of the foundation, strengthening its core principles of collaborative philanthropy; and transforming it from a grant-making foundation to a philanthropic asset management platform, today.

Often describing herself as an ‘accidental’ addition to the development sector, Naghma left behind her achievements as a chartered accountant in pursuit of a career in the sector. Over the years she has forged valuable partnerships with diverse international and Indian stakeholders; and been the brainchild for several innovative collaborations across Education, Migration, Women, Climate and Capacity Building.
